FL AIHA Vendor & Sponsor Information
Thank you for your interest in partnering with the FL AIHA! We are excited to welcome vendors and sponsors, you help make our conference a success! Please find details below on room access and registration/sponsorship tiers. If you have questions regarding any information below, please reach out to the board.
Access
Setup begins Thursday after 10:00 am. Please note that additional hotel-provided supplies (i.e. electrical outlets not covered by the FL AIHA contract) may incur additional costs. Vendors requiring these items must request and pay the hotel directly.
Basic Vendor Registration
Early bird registration is $350, regular registration is $450. Registration includes:
- One standard banquet table with drape
- One vendor representative admission, including lunch and vendor reception on Thursday, and breakfast and lunch on Friday.
- Additional vendor representatives may be added to a basic vendor registration for an additional fee.
Sponsorship Opportunities and Tiers
Sponsorships are in addition to vendor registrations and do not include a banquet table or space in the vendor area. If you would like a table, please register separately as a vendor. We ask that our sponsors provide a high-resolution logo for signage and conference materials; at larger print sizes, the lower-resolution images do not print out well.
Meal Sponsorship is $250, and includes:
- Company logo featured on meal-related signage and table tents
- Brief (~5 minutes or less) opportunity to address attendees during your chosen sponsored meal.
Bronze Sponsorship is $250, and includes:
- Company logo displayed on 11"x17" signage at the registration table and vendor reception on Thursday evening
- Please note, the signage will include the logos of all participating sponsors, including silver and gold sponsors.
Silver Sponsorship is $500, and includes all Bronze Sponsorship benefits, plus:
- Logo displayed above Bronze sponsors on signage
- An announcement of the sponsor by the FL AIHA President or President-Elect at the start of the conference
- Logo and organization highlights displayed on the presentation screen during breaks (slides provided by sponsor)
Gold Sponsorship is $750, and includes all Silver and Bronze Sponsorship benefits, plus:
- Logo displayed above Silver and Bronze sponsors on signage
- Marketing banner, provided by sponsor, placed next to the presentation screen for the duration of the conference
- One additional Friday conference attendee spot (breakfast and lunch included)
- A 5 minute spotlight presentation during Friday Lunch.
